On a daily basis I find myself spending way more time, than i’d care to admit, scrolling through pages of online shops. I’ll say to myself ‘i’m just browsing’, but we all know it will probably end up in me purchasing 3 new tops, a dress, that cute bag i’ve had my eye on for weeks and 2 pairs of shoes. But I sense that i’m not on my own here and that many of you are just like me and love to have a ‘browse’. Hey, why not?… life’s too short right! Which is why I thought i’d share with you some of my favourite places to shop online, in the hope that some of you may discover a few online gems.
Very is a great ‘all rounder’, it is one of those online stores which have just about everything you need, including a huge range of clothes, beauty, homeware, electricals & more. If you’re looking to pick up several different things, it is a fab one-stop-shop which will help you save money on delivery costs, rather than ordering from several different stores. Plus you can get FREE next day delivery if you use their click and collect option.
Some of the pieces on Very can be slightly pricey, but they currently have a sale on which has up to 60% off RRP, meaning if you’re quick you can usually grab yourself a bargain. I’ve already picked out a few things in the sale that I want to purchase come payday.
The site also has some gorgeous ranges, including Rochelle Humes’ collection, which she looks incredible modelling, I am dying to get my hands on quite a few bits from this range including this dress and this bikini set.
If I have a friends birthday coming up or drinks to go to, and feel I have nothing to wear, then I’m most likely to end up perusing the Little Mistress store. It has such a great range of clothes, including dress styles for every occasion under the sun. Whether you’re off to a formal event or going to a bar with friends, there is bound to be a style to suit your needs.
They also stock the gorgeous Chloe Lewis’ collection (from TOWIE) which I could happily live in for the rest of my days. The pieces are so girly and elegant, they look like the would compliment anyone’s figure. There is also a summer sale on right now, so if you’re looking for some new pieces, go ahead and check it out.
PLT is a site I will check out if I’m looking for something more casual and something I can wear day-to-day. I’m hoping to be going on holiday in the next few weeks so I’ve been eyeing up their stunning holiday collection, which is so relaxed and fun, perfect for experimenting with new looks whilst away.
They also have a fantastic selection of clothes for anyone who is heading to a festival this summer and wants to get some great pieces. I particularly like picking up items like this from online stores, as I am less likely to turn up and find that half the other girls there are wearing the same outfit as me, which can sometimes happen when you head to the high street. I’ve also popped together a festival inspired blog post if any of you are stuck on what to wear this festival season.
Now if you’re a shoe hoarder like me, Dune will be right up your street. They create the most beautiful, on trend shoes which are actually comfortable to wear! I normally am all for comfort, so when I say they comfy, trust me they really are comfy! I’ve happily worn their shoes on nights out, to weddings and for my graduation (I even did the dreaded stage walk to collect my certificate in a pair of dune shoes and thankfully I didn’t trip). They can be on the slightly pricey side but I think you are paying for the great quality, meaning I tend to get more wear out of them as they last a lot longer than some of the other high street pairs I’ve bought. I’ve also managed to pick up quite a few bargains from their sales so keep an eye out for those.
