On Monday I had a day off from work so thought I would head out for lunch and a spot of shopping. It was the perfect chilled day that I needed, since for the past 3 or 4 weeks I haven’t spent the weekend at home. My weekends have been full of visits to see friends and family which has been lovely, but I was looking forward to not having to rush around and just doing what I love most!

I wore this really relaxed outfit made up of a waterfall leather jacket, little black boots and a pair of classic Topshop Jamie jeans. The Jamie style are always my go-to pair, they have a good amount of stretch, yet are thick enough to keep you feeling ‘sucked in’. In the past I have worn the Joni style jeans from Topshop, which are great as they are high-waisted but I find they don’t give as much support as the Jamie’s.

I paired my jeans with these gorgeous little black boots. I can hand on heart say that these boots are one of the best items I’ve ever bought. They are so incredibly comfortable, I can walk in them for miles or dance in them for hours on a night out and my feet just don’t get tired. They were a serious bargain too, I bought them a couple of years ago from Debenhams and they were only £28-30 ish – what’s not to like! I’ve linked a similar pair below, so that if you want to you can grab a pair as well.
